

Award in Fire Safety and Use of Fire Extinguishers - Level 2 MQF
The aim of the course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to undertake basic fire fighting. This course is designed for anyone wanting to become an accredited in the use of fire extinguishers and basic fire safety. This qualification provides learners with skills and knowledge to deal with small fires, use fire extinguishers and fire blankets at their place of work.

Award in Fire Warden Responsibilities and fire safety - MQF 4
This course will train delegates of the role, responsibilities and duties of the fire warden, the classification of fire and the selection of the correct extinguishing media for a range of fires. Delegates will also be made aware of the range of systems of work and equipment that can be used to mitigate and control fires within the workplace, whilst gaining the skills and knowledge to take the appropriate action in the event of a fire incident. The course is a mix of theoretical and practical sessions, during which delegates will be required to demonstrate their level of knowledge and understanding of the training programme.

Level 4 Award in First Aid at Work
The aim of the course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to undertake the role of a first aider in the workplace.
After following the Basic First Aid course you will learn how to remain calm in emergency situations and you'll learn simple acronyms to help you recall the steps you need to take. First aid training will make you confident and comfortable and therefore more effective and in control when you need to be. This course is designed for anyone wanting to become an accredited first aider. This qualification provides learners with skills and knowledge to deal with first aid situations in high risk work environments.
The Level 4 Award in First Aid at Work (MQF) consists of two units:
i. Unit 1- Emergency First Aid in the Workplace (EFAW)
ii. Unit 2- Recognition and Management of Illness and Injury in the Workplace

Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Automated External Defibrillator
This course allows you to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). Training options include online courses, in-person class work, and our best-in-class blended Simulation Learning, which combines online information with hands-on skills sessions using a training AED device.
The course has been developed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to administer basic life support and use an AED in an emergency. Early defibrillation and CPR are vital in the chain of survival following a cardiac arrest.
This course is able to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to operate the AED safely. The training is an ideal course for first aiders wishing to upgrade their skills or learners who wish to learn to operate these lifesaving devices.

Emergency First Aid - MQF Level 2
The aim of the course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to undertake the role of a first aider in the workplace. This course is designed for anyone wanting to become an accredited first aider. This qualification provides learners with skills and knowledge to deal with first aid situations in high risk work environments.
